Pathetic End to World Cup

The World Cup is over. The finale was pathetic. It started with a foul on Thierry Henry and ended with Zinedine Zidane's headbutt and red card. The play after that point in the match was irrelevant. The penalty kicks were a formality. Italy didn't so much win as France lost. What a disappointing culmination to a month's worth of soccer (football). Sigh. Oh well, back to work. Forget about the World Cup. Enjoy a game of TagMan. Interesting to see that many of the popular tags on Technorati are related to the final game. Start at the end of a game of Flickr Tagman. I wonder if Zidane will choose to play in Euro 2008 rather than end his career on this sour note. I'd like to know what Materazzi said to him. At any rate, it was a pathetic end to the World Cup.
