ABOUT OUR FOUNDER Richard Ball founded Apogee Web Consulting LLC to help businesses succeed on the internet. He is a search engine marketing specialist and has over twenty years experience in software development, including a six year stint at America Online. For AOL, he wrote software for their proprietary usenet system and developed web applications for their Digital City group. He won an AOL cross-functional team award for helping Digital City's marketing team work more effectively with the technology group. In 1994, he volunteered to be the first webmaster for a NASA flight operations segment.
