Squidoo vs Technorati
Squidoo emailed me today. Haven't heard back from Technorati. Sent them two emails (with a large interval) to two different email addresses. Figured they'd want to know I was scraping their site for my TagMan game. Plus, I wanted to make sure they were happy with my attribution to Technorati. So, I've made a Squidoo TagMan game. They've even sent me a nice logo to use for the game. Cool. Play the game and explore Squidoo.

I had a similar experience with Technorati. Sent an idea to them, and never heard anything back. Well, it probably wasn't a world-endingly good idea anyway.
I did play tag-man, that is a cool idea. Now what you should do is package that into some sort of code snippet package that people can put on their own sites and bam instant celebrity or something.
Hey mymo. Did you play my original TagMan (for Technorati) or Squidoo TagMan? How's this for instant celebrity? What do you think about TagMan for other tag apps, i.e. Flickr TagMan + Del.icio.us TagMan + anything else?
Richard. I played both of them. I would say that it has got to be way more gratifiying for you that you made the Squidoo tag-man game based on their response.
Actually, the idea of a Flickr tag-man game would be cool especially if when you won you could pull in some representative photos. I think it would be a fun little diversion.

I like your Flickr suggestion. Here's a Flickr TagMan game. When you win, it grabs 4 photos from Flickr. Let me know if it works all right for you.
The flickr tag man game is defintely the best of the bunch.
Nice work on that one. Very rewarding to see photos after solving the puzzle.
Yeah, I think I like the Flickr version the best, too. As well as seeing the photos, the Flickr tag page has a wide variety of tags, so the game's perhaps a bit more challenging.
Now that I think I'm done with TagMan version, I've created a TagMan lens on Squidoo.
