Technorati Search is Global

I wonder if more people use Technorati outside of the United States. Looking at TagMuse today (which gets data from Technorati popular searches and related tags), many of the search topics pertain to European sites. Examples:

1. sevenload : German media portal (English version) for videos and photos (sort of a YouTube + Flickr web2.0 hybrid)
   
2. smava : Launch of a German site for private lending (smava.de)
   
3. citizencamp : BarCamp event in Italy
   

Is this an indication that European users are more into Technorati than Americans?
