Technorati Hot Tags Warning
Keep in mind that blogs are primarily in the realm of political news and technology news. As such, the "Hot Tags This Hour" section on the Technorati Tags page will usually be filled with keywords related to current events from politics and tech. Because the Technorati version of TagMan pulls tags from that page, some of these tags could be the answer for the game. Technorati TagMan grabs tags from both the "Hot Tags This Hour" section and the "Top 100 Tags from A-Z" section. Some of the hot tags will contain numbers. You might need to guess letters as well as numbers while playing TagMan.
For example, here are the current hot tags: Advertising, Afghanistan, blogger, Bush, China, Europe, fema, foto, iPod, Katrina, Lent, Microsoft, New Orleans, Origami, Programming, Ruby, Security, Sex, Singapore, technorati, thursday thirteen, web 2.0, web2.0, Wikipedia, Women. Note that the tag "web2.0" contains letters, numbers and a punctuation mark. Hmm, it might be too confusing to change the TagMan text from "Enter a letter" to "Enter an alphanumeric character" or something. I'll leave it as is but might need to update the game FAQ. Alternatively, I could skip tags that don't contain just letters. The game currently skips over tags with non-ASCII characters. Play a game of TagMan and let me know what you think.
