Natural SEO Results
In my last blog post about a Business 2.0 Food Article, I talked about a new page created for Maine Munchies. I'm pleased to report that the natural high energy food page has made it to the top 10 search results for Google, Yahoo and MSN. See this SEO results page for screenshots. It took a little over two weeks for the new page to be listed in Google's natural search results. Tracking Googlebot and search engine hits via web analytics, here's the chronological sequence:
10/Mar/2006:15:36:27 Googlebot/2.1 visit
16/Mar/2006:03:12:44 Googlebot/2.1 visit
18/Mar/2006:07:01:08 Googlebot/2.1 visit
23/Mar/2006:21:17:14 Googlebot/2.1 visit
27/Mar/2006:14:20:10 First hit from Google natural search results
BTW, somehow I find it humorous using terms like organic SEO and natural SEO while discussing results for a client whose products are made with natural and organic ingredients.
Technorati tags: organic seo, google, googlebot, yahoo, msn, natural energy food, web analytics

Although I know what a SEO is, I have never heard anything about natural or organic SEO. What is the difference between these two??
zip3, the terms natural, organic, free and algorithmic are used interchangeably to refer to non-paid search results.
